• You will need to provide two references from your church pastor and your worship department head.
  *If you are a worship department head, you will need to provide your reference from a worship team member
  **If you are not in a worship team, you will need to provide your reference from another church leader in addition to your pastors reference

• Course Fees: £90. Payments should be made to the account below as soon as the form
  is returned. Deadline for the form to be returned is 5th of March.

​

• The 6-day course will be held on Thursdays - 19th March, 26th March, 2nd April, 9th
  April, 16th April and 30th April.

​

• If you reside outside the United Kingdom, you can sign up for our online version of
  the course.

​

You will receive an acceptance letter after we have received your completed form and £90 payment.
